Salaries are the highest overhead within any agency, Rockstack have experienced a massive increase in salary expectations within the search industry. This can be down to recruitment agencies pushing for higher wages (to get a bigger fee) and a shortage of experienced and skilled account managers.

Rockstack aim to help, by providing highly skilled and passionate candidates. As our fees are set at £950 per candidate, we do not benefit from pushing up salaries. Instead we focus on the candidates skills and match them to the right client.

As an active search support provider, we are fully experienced in all aspects of online marketing and each recruitment advisor is a specialist in SEO, PPC and Affiliate marketing.
